The Etipack System Etifiale is an automatic labelling system for ampoules. Product hoppers are used to manually load the system in-feed and the vials are conveyed and channelled into a rotary turntable with dedicated product lugs. From here, they are securely located for the labelling phase. Labels are applied as the products are rotated past the labeller and the application is completed by rotating each vial in situ.

Missing label and overprinting controls eject non– conforming products which are collected in a special bin. Change format parts for the turntable and quick release product guides mean an easy change from product to product with no tooling required.
